5 Minutes Appetizer: Anchovies on Oat Crackers

Hello, Saturday!

We prepared fish in the oven today. We decided to eat gilthead sea bream in the oven for lunch, fish soup and cooked fish for dinner and salmon tomorrow, as a beginning of our diet (getting ready for the beach). 🙂

While the fish was being baked, my boyfriend prepared a tasty appetizer. We always have a jar of salted anchovies in oil in the fridge. He put anchovies on oat crackers and that’s it! So simple! And it was soooo delicious!

You can sprinkle them with some olive oil, if you wish.
